This link is an ongoing program that can regulate investment through which individuals and to BetterInvesting pool is organized as a partnership.
While many hedge funds are organized as partnerships, is the main difference is that the fund is an investment vehicle only to qualified investors. In other words, the observance of a particular asset or income level.
Investment clubs are generally more democratic organization, where all or most members agree on a thumb groups to which the money will be invested in a hedge fund people give their money to a (hopefully) experienced and sophisticated investors on a reserve fund behavior with all other partners.
